This course will allow participants to build effective and successful relationships with their clients.

Course Description

With the crazy pace of digital transformation, businesses are finding it hard to cope with all the variables that come with the necessity of having the need for various skills required for the new competitive landscape. Therefore, their most logical way is to have marketing agencies that can handle the job. And this is where things start getting seriously complicated.

Successful go-to-market execution depends on clear alignment and communication between internal marketing teams and external agency partners. Our workshop is designed to help agency professionals lead impactful briefs, align strategic priorities, and foster productive, collaborative relationships with their clients.

Participants will learn how to distill complex and vague briefs into actionable, insight-driven briefs, build shared understanding around goals and KPIs, and avoid common pitfalls that lead to misalignment, inefficiency, and missed opportunities. Through interactive exercises, real-case scenarios, and templates, this workshop empowers teams to confidently lead communication from the inside out.

Course Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Translate Strategy into Clear Briefs: Turn client strategies into focused, actionable briefs that agencies can execute effectively.
  2. Align on Objectives and Outcomes: Define shared goals, KPIs, and success metrics that both marketing teams and agencies can rally around.
  3. Strengthen Collaboration: Build trust-based, productive relationships that drive creativity, consistency, and timely execution.
  4. Identify and Overcome Common Pitfalls: Recognize barriers to alignment such as vague briefs, inconsistent messaging, or unclear expectations—and learn how to avoid them.
  5. Use Practical Tools and Frameworks: Apply briefing templates, stakeholder maps, and planning checklists to streamline the briefing process and ensure clarity from day one.
