Etienne is a dynamic and organized professional consultant and trainer who applies the most scientific concepts into the day-to-day activities of the people he works with.

Etienne’s experience includes behavioral training and technical consulting, which gives his sessions and consulting plans a very practical aspect with a motivational and interactive style.

For over 10 years he has been blending and sharpening behavioral and technical skills, which enabled him to become an influential trainer and a highly efficient consultant. He has worked in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments across the MENA countries, GCC states, and Europe.

For the past 5 years he has been focusing on business modeling and final investor’s pitch from conceptualization to market assessment and financial analysis.

Etienne is a PhD candidate in mathematics applied to business practices.

Chadi has a wide experience in various sales channels: modern trade, conventional trade, on-premise, cash van, key accounts, POS, call centers, and digital trade.

He has a solid knowledge of most GCC & Levant markets and has a vast and diversified portfolio of national and multinational accounts.

Chadi has a large experience in assisting & coaching GMs & commercial managers to craft and execute go-to-market strategies, including, sales strategies, policies & procedures, sales training (various levels), key account management, monitoring & evaluation, integrating, marketing & sales, integrating operation back-end financial & sales, and all other related commercial aspects.

He is an expert in digital and strategic marketing, including setting commercial policies and managing sales departments.

Nancy Breidy

Operations Manager

Nancy is in charge of back-end alignment, efficiency optimization, and blending the various functions of the business together using her advanced organizational and administrative skills. Making things work is a trademark of hers, acting as a moderator with systematic and efficient follow-up.

Operating and managing several projects as well as being second in command in various organizations have given her the experience of discernment and slowing down the pace when needed to ensure synchronization.

Nancy produces operations manuals that define how the business must be run and implements quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.

Jean-Claude has over 30 years of experience in many fields under Marketing and Marketing Research and Planning. He has been involved in many industries including FMCG, Power Generation, Retail Banking, Hospitality, F&B, and Academia.

He has full control and hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring business plans at strategic and operational levels.

He led and managed more than 500 consultancy and research mandates, conducted more than 400 focus groups, and over 400 research projects in the years from 1996 to 2012.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and earned her Master’s degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University, USA in 2021, fueling her passion for creating impactful and sustainable ventures.
